Join Rabbi Sherry Grinsteiner for How to Pray 101, a 12-session class exploring the prayers of the Lev Shalem siddur, with a focus on Shabbat services.

Each session will guide you through:

• Hebrew pronunciation and chanting
• Meanings and historical background of the prayers
• The practice of Kavanah (intention)

This class is designed for beginners, but also offers insights for more experienced participants.
