Join us on Tuesday, June 24th from 2:00–4:00 PM for a special senior program featuring Jaime Ebanks, Senior Real Estate Specialist and team member of PBS’s Legacy List, and Beverly Binns, Executive Director of Thrifty Sisters. Jaime will share practical tips to jumpstart your downsizing journey, and Beverly will highlight ways to donate locally and the community impact of Thrifty Sisters. Jaime Ebanks
With 20+ years of sales and customer service experience, Jaime loves to
build lasting relationships with her clients. As a Virginian who grew up
in New York City, Jaime brings a diverse background of expertise to her
real estate career. She prides herself in making connections with each
of her clients and strives to make every interaction memorable.Jaime has
helped countless clients all over Virginia with the downsizing process
and planned their moves from start to finish, with no detail left
unturned. Launching her own Golden Age program within her business, she
has further expanded her skillset receiving her SRES (Senior Real Estate
Specialist) designation and becoming the preferred realtor for senior
living communities around Richmond.On the side, Jaime also lends her
industry expertise as a team member on the Emmy nominated show Legacy
List with Matt Paxton on PBS. Jaime and her husband love to foster dogs
in need, work in their garden and travel and scuba dive around the
world.

Beverly Binns
Beverly Binns is the Executive Director of Thrifty Sisters, a curated
non-profit thrift shop dedicated to supporting Saint Francis —
Manchester, an assisted living community that provides quality care for
seniors with limited financial means.

With a background in archaeology and estate sales, Beverly has spent her
career helping people navigate life transitions and find meaning in the
objects they leave behind. That experience - combined with a lifelong
love of history and storytelling - shapes her work at Thrifty Sisters,
where she leads a team of over 70 volunteers.

Under Beverly’s leadership, Thrifty Sisters has become more than a
store; it’s a community hub where meaningful donations are honored,
shoppers discover hidden treasures, and every purchase supports
affordable senior care. Beverly believes deeply in the mission of giving
back and is proud to help preserve both memories and dignity through the
work she does every day.
